| YOUR RIGHTS: You are NOT required by law to get more than one estimate. YOU choose the body shop of your choice. You do NOT have to use the shop selected for you by your insurance agent or claims adjuster. However, your policy requires that prior to repairs, a reasonable time period must be allowed in order to inspect damages prior to repairing them. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached between your insurance company and Prestige Coach Craft (or any other body shop), there is an "Appraisal Clause" in your policy which calls for an independent appraiser to come in to help resolve any issues. Please take note, since all vehicles are treated on a case by case basis, estimates will vary. |

YOUR OBLIGATIONS: It is your responsibility to contact your insurance agent in a timely manner and report your accident. It is also your responsibility to meet your insurance deductible (check your policy for amount, or ask your agent) at the time you pick up your vehicle from Prestige Coach Craft once repairs have been finalized.
